Allergen Information: Coffee is not included in the list of allergenic ingredients as stated by the UK government. Allergic reactions to coffee are very rare.
Nutritional information: Products covered by Directive 1999/4/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 February 1999 relating to coffee extracts and chicory extracts, whole or milled coffee beans and whole or milled decaffeinated coffee beans are exempt.
Fresh Green Coffee Beans have a use by date within 6-12 months. Batch numbers, dates and remaining shelf life is Displayed on product packaging.
Roasted coffee beans are recommended to be consumed within 2 weeks for maximum freshness then no greater than 6 weeks from roasting. For best results keep in an air tight pressure releasing vessle for gasses to gradually escape after roasting.
